    We're Back!

When our kids were smaller, we were a dirt biking family. Life, quads, side by sides (and our advancing age ) moved us away from dirt bikes but...

    ....WEeeeeeeeeeeeeee're Baaaaacckkkkkkkk!

Son is out of high school now and has a well paying job....and a lot of wheeling and dealing skills so he traded an old Ranger truck last weekend for an XR400 dirt bike. I have been mumbling about getting a dirt bike again for the past year or more but didn't want to be the only one in the family with one, so....now hubby is blaming son for a WR250F that followed us home yesterday.

Son and I went out riding for about an hour yesterday. So good to be back. I'm rusty but loving the WR already.

Very common pattern for people to follow.
I never stopped and now I find myself riding with the kids of guys I rode with 35 years ago, it's pretty cool actually.

Nice bikes too bad about all your trees.

LOL at the trees. Arizona desert. We do have a portion of this loop we took that we call "the forest" because it winds through some sorta-trees. Definitely not a forest of trees but it is as close to woods as we get out here.

It's such a sharp contrast to what I am accustom to,
everything here is wet jagged rocks fallen logs and dense forest vegetation.
