God help me, but I finally did it. I know I'm a ways behind the curve, but I'll be honest, I loved the flexibility of renting. That said, when I look back and see that 67500 dollars went to my landlord over the last 5 years I realized it was time to do it. That, and my landlord is selling my house, so he told me to GTF out. ![Ugly Tocktock[1]](https://www.beginnerbikers.org/images/smilies/0605/ugly_tocktock[1].gif)
Anyhoo, it's nothing special but it's a good first house purchase. I've already got new appliances on order and will renovate the kitchen over the next year. That should boost the value of the house in an event I have to sell it unexpectedly.

Who's coming to help me move????
