Does my bike look too big for my lack of skills

If she would have started on dirtbikes, she would've been ready for that edge's effect on her moto...
She's also a bit short for that seat height, and the lower part of the shoulder.
Being "short of leg" can have it's draw backs.
Might look into lowering her bike...Knowledge speaks, wisdom listens.

I wonder why she stopped? She was on the paved shoulder, but I think she was looking at the big patch of dirt to the right, and that's where she was headed, so she decided to stop, and ker-plop!Peace ~ LoveRide ~ Then Ride Some More

Powerful motorcycles have powerful brakes.
She is still learning absolute basic riding skills on way too powerful of a bike.
She never actually needs to hold the motorcycle up, that's what the wheels are for. She does need to learn clutch, throttle, brake and balance control, then those silly low speed crashes will go away.
She's a beginner on an advanced motorcycle, that's what caused the crash.

Not making fun do you see me laughing here? and I didn't post it on u-tube, they did.
Should we praise it instead and encourage people to give it a try? AZridered you pegged her as a new rider, what is she doing on a 100+ horsepower motorcycle?
Newbies have not flocked away from this site, they were never here in flocks to begin with.Last edited by Trials; 10-01-2020, 07:49 AM.

There is a tiny rider coach I know that dripping wet she maybe a bit over a 100 pounds. She rides a road glide. She has a lower seat and some modifications to fit her. It was not her starter bike either. She worked up to it

...and this is why too much seat height is never a good idea for a new rider.
On top of all the other issues that disqualify that bike as a beginner bike too.Sent from your mom's phone

Rider size makes zero difference just as long as you can reach the controls, for the bike she is on,
Pegs are the controls, if your feet are not on them you are either not in control or doing something very fancy.
She let go of control. the bike felt wobbly so her brain decided to return to walking for a while
There is no shame in it unless you fail to learn from your mistakes and correct them. She needs to buy a stupid little dirt bike and take it out to the bottom of an abandoned sand pit, desert or grassy knoll, wear the correct gear and crash a few dozen more times. Then start following somebody that can ride better. That's importantride with riders that are better then you
