If you look at good riders one thing that strikes you is how effortless they make it seem.

At a race early this season, the RedBull guys were running seconds faster than our fastest local guys, and making it look easy. They don't fight the bike, if it got sideways under braking they correct for the slide and keep riding.

Good dancers work with their partners, good equestrians work with their horses, you see that everywhere.
