I contacted Scorpion USA because the little snap from the chinstrap on my 3 year old exo700 fell off recently. I sent an email asking if I could purchase a new snap, as I was annoyed at the tag end slapping on my neck.
I emailed customer service on Monday night. I received an email response Tuesday morning asking about the problem. Today (Thursday) I received new snaps in the mail!
