    2020

Just read that Yamaha has signed Quatararo to the factory squad alongside Vinales for 2021.

And Lorenzo as factory Yamaha test rider. Will be interesting to see what Rossi decides - ride or just own a satellite team. I did not expect 2021 silly season to start before first race of 2020 season. Let the racing begin.

I'll be off to Europe later this year for back to back WSBK rounds.

I should clarify first road race of the season . . .

Dakar finished a couple weeks ago (yay for US winning two classes - Brabek on bikes and and Currie/Berriman on UTVs). Sad that two riders lost their lives this year. And Supercross is already 4 rounds into the season.

August 23rd is the first competition for my riding season Sparrow Lake.
one day events only allowed, pre-registration only, partner checking, wear a mask, no spectators, results are sent after the event.
In other words a fun days ride in the woods with my usual riding partner almost six hours drive away
going to be a long day.

I've been getting in all kinds of ride time
had to pre-enter and I signed up as intermediate, it's a hard call when you don't get to see the sections in advance.

You want me to go where!!!!! why did I sign up for this

    ... or I might kick ***

Tweed was an rain event, everybody crashed and almost died because it was so muddy and slippery. Like riding through cement just before you climb a moss covered log. It was great fun.

My 2-day provincial trial enjoyed way better weather, at least one person said it was possibly the best trial ever
oh wait, I think it was me that said that.

Matt! You should have come for that one! hope you are still riding and vertical
