I remember getting a ride on a friend's in about 1964. It was a 50cc two stroke. A lot of fun. Then about a year later I got a ride on another friend's Yamaha 100cc twin. Much faster .. therefore more fun .. .

It looks great .. but for me it would have to do 55 mph .. and I've read it tops at 45.
The best thing you can buy for your motorcycle is gas.

I had a C90 with full knobby tires on it and on our small gravel pit track it put a friends 360RT Enduro to shame! lol ya 45 mph sounds about right, I think mine was approaching that terminal velocity on a couple of the bigger drop-offs. This one has a 125cc engine, a real front brake and 4 speeds, as long as those cast wheels can take a pounding that bike might just be unbeatable in the hands of somebody who doesn't care if it blows up

    secret weapon shifting:
when you push up or down on the shift lever, the engine goes into a temporary neutral state where you can rev the snot out of the little motor and then pop it into gear just like dropping the clutch on a full manual transmission.
warning; if you try this some wheelies will occur.

Kawi's 125 Eliminator typically pulls 60-65mph top speeds so I don't see why Honda can't do the same.

$3600 might seem like a decent price in today's market, although ten years ago you could get a brand new 250 Rebel for less. No doubt the included ABS factors into the dollar boost, although I'm reminded of the early 90's pick-up truck market where you had the option of rear-wheels only ABS (you know, instead of ABS on both axles)...and they say only Harley offers yesterday's tech at today's prices.

It shares the same motor with the Grom (and also re-released for '19 Monkey), so 55mph shouldn't be an issue as that seems to be a minimum claim from Grom owners.
