So set the dates aside and plan to ride to Dayton, Ohio for BUG BASH XIV.

It's that time again..BUG BASH XIV

The Bash continues. This event is nothing without all of you.

The rate this year is $119.00 . They've renovated every room. You might be able to do better with AAA. Just check around.

We are going to be coming through the area on the 1st... but unfortunately by the 4th we'll be in western Nebraska. This PCS move is going to be a haul and a half.

Sorry you won't be able to make it Jim. It'd be good to see you it's been awhile. Maybe the move will get delayed a few days.

Please don't say that... we're making a 350-mile-a-day haul with the toy-hauler, 6x12 box trailer, car, truck, cat, two dogs, and 1 and 3 year olds. My Ironbutt ride was much, much easier to plan. The reason for a straight-through drive with no additional leave days is that I'll be burning all my use-or-lose leave in the latter half of September when we go to AK for K to be in a wedding.

We will be stopping through Dayton around lunchtime on the 1st to do a walkthrough of the house there and see for ourselves how bad it's gotten. Maybe we can work out meeting up for lunch somewhere.

I might be coming. I have sick dog and it depends on her treatment schedule and how well she is doing so it will be a last minute call if I make it or not.
I booked a room outside the block as I didn't want to tie up a room if I don't make it (though I will check here before I release it if that is the case).

Nicolle and I are booked! Is anyone else coming from the Northeast? We need to start planning if we are riding together.

I should be there at least Saturday as usual, an overnight depends on both work and health so will see how it plays out when it does.
