    PostingIssue

    EverytimeIloginIrunintothisproblem.

If I left-arrow behind one letter the space-bar starts working (at which point I nix the aforementioned now last letter) and then it works normally for the next post.

Sounds weird, except I was having same issue adding/inserting spaces, but it seems not today.
I thought it was more local to my PC, but apparently not?

    thespacebaristhebigbaronthekeyboard.Useit

    Thatwastypedwithnospacebarhits

I then typed this line using the space bar, seems to work

I then typed this line without it ... then left arrowed to add spaces.

    I'm going with User Error

Yes, but... When you're in the text box for sending messages, you are running Javascript, which does a variety of things for you. It is also possible that some browsers have an issue with that Javascript.

And, since the default nowadays is to update things in the background, it is possible that "I haven't changed anything" from a user standpoint, but reality is a version update caused a problem, which can go away just as quickly as the people responsible find out what they did.

    Just sayin'....

I am running google chrome and I know how to use the space bar.

The problem is sporadic but it usually happens on the first post I respond to after logging in and goes away by the next response.

Thank god. I thought I was going insane. I'm seeing it too. It happened after I did the patch 2 update last week. I'll contact vbulletin to see if there's a patch for it.
