    12th (?) Annual NY BB/BBO BBQ: 9/6

    Yeah, I think it's the 12th.

    Anyway, it's Saturday, September 6.

I propose that riders meet at the Welcome Station at 9:30 and that we do the usual ride out east, but this time without any bikes breaking down. We'll collect a couple of pies at Briermere and bring them back by 1 pm to meet the cagers for burgers, beer, pool, beer, volleyball, beer, hot dogs. And did I say beer? Pizza maybe for dinner if we can fit it in. Everyone invited/encouraged to crash on floor, tent, maybe a bed or sofa or two. Breakfast the next morning and depart.

As the French say: plus ça change, plus c'est la même chose. (The more things change, the more things stay the same.)

    Paaaaarty!

Just make sure your purse matches your shoes.

And since it's after Labor Day, they can't be white!

Sounds like a fun time! Sure wish we had something on the left coast. No, I'm done doing beach blanket bar-b-ques for beginnerbiker dot org members. (BBBBQFBBOM's) Whew, got outta that close shave!

As of now, I think that I will be able to attend but not until later on Saturday (evening-ish). So I will miss much of the the daytime fun, but hopefully people will stay awake for flip cup and other nonsense. I do plan on staying over and would love to have a twin bed if at all possible, maybe Tina and I can share a room since I know Michael gets banished due to his snoring? If I actually am able to sleep maybe I can even make it to breakfast this year instead of sneaking out in the early dawn hours...

Well, you all can fight for the available rooms. Right now I don't think we will have any kids there, although Annie's bf does have a Honda 500 something (but it's in DC). Look forward to seeing you all, morning, lunch time or evening.
