    At the top of the page go to Forum Actions > General Settings
    Scroll down to Miscellaneous Options
    Switch from Enhanced Interface to Standard Editor
    Click the "Save Changes" button at the bottom.

    Instructions followed. I changed from WSYWIG to Standard Editor and saved.

    OK that works.

    Sorry I can't fix the rest of the toolbar and smilies problem. I've pinged Derick about it a couple of times, but that's all I can do on that part.

    So, thanks, entering new paragraphs is back, it makes it easier to read.

    But the GO ADVANCED no longer offers ability to use CTRL+B to bold, CTRL+U to underline, etc.

    Also there is no way to change font color or size.
