Thread: Not getting email updates

    Not getting email updates

I'm not getting any email updates. I checked that my email is right and that I'm still signed up for immediate notification by email on the forum, then checked my email to make sure bbo is an approved emailer. There's nothing in my spam folder either. Ideas?

I don't know. Sounds like you've checked the stuff I would have suggested.

The only other thing I can think to ask is if you're always signed in to the forum.through tapatalk or however?

If so, the emails will not happen until you sign out and sign in again.

Not a tappa talk user. Hmm... I guess I'll just wait to see if it starts again?

Same issue here. My last email noting a reply to a thread was May 2nd.

Not getting them anymore either. It's not a big deal. Just pointing it out.

    Hmmm.

One other thing I can think of is if somehow everyone's default "subscription" settings changed with an update?
Otherwise I think it's something Derick will have to look into.

    Sorry I'm no help.

    Not that I'm aware of.
I'm still getting automatic email notifications for user registrations and reported posts.
