    Using the center stand.

I just found this after I googled my old posts. Thanks Logan for the idea. It was a reply to a post of someoen who dumped there bike a few times trying to use the centerstand.

The center stand is easy if you know the trick.

    Put the bike in neutral.
Put the bike on the side stand.
    Straighten the front wheel.
Grab the left handlebar and something rigid on the rear end of the bike. (Grab Bar, frame, some BMW's have a special handle that comes out.)
With your right foot and the bike still leaned on the side stand start putting the center stand down until one of the legs touches the ground.(Very little pressure is needed.)
Now tilt the bike up until you can feel that both legs of the center stand are touching the ground. (the center stand will not be up both both feet of it will be touching the ground.
Now the important part. Don't just push down on the center stand, STAND on the center stand putting all your weight on it and gently lift up the back of the bike.
BINGO it should come up with a little effort. Put the side stand back up, lock the forks, and your done.

This is how someone showed me and this is the best way I can explain it without showing someone. Hope it helps
