    Starting Up

Is there any way to start a bike when the starter is busted? Can you pop the clutch like you can in a car?
    No kick stand.
Bike is an 84 Virago 750.

Had to do that with the Ducati when the starter went bad. It's easier to push start when it's in second or third gear, especially with high compression motors.
