Missy,

When I came across that picture on the web I told Paul we had a picture of that same place. He was surprised I recognized it since we had taken about 280 photos on that trip. I immediately recognized the road on the side of the hill and I remembered the road in the background. What a great ride!

Don't think I would have had the nerve to ride it in the condition of that guy. That road is full of hairpin curves.

It's spooky how you took that picture before seeing the one from 50 years earlier. You are in almost the exact spot where the former photographer stood. <Twilight Zone music>
