Some may remember my post and frustration as to not being able to get my bike serviced at the dealer where I bought my bike in a timely manner. It was due for a 600 mile but I logged on a 1000 miles waiting and they still haven't worked my bike in.
I went with a Honda dealer closer to home even though I didn't buy the bike there. I dropped it off Monday afternoon and they were done Tuesday afternoon. I feel it went well and they did as promised; I can feel a difference in my brakes and clutch too.
I think Salisbury Extreme Motorcycles will be doing my work from now on. ;)

Glad to hear you went somewhere else and found someone that would accept your money. Now you need to make sure that you visit the dealer you bought the bike from, and let the sales manager and/or the general manager know where you'll be doing your business with in the future. And thank them too, for allowing you to find that other place.
For maximum effect, make sure there are other potential customers on the floor.

Hey Donna
I saw, in another thread, where you bought your bike. My first reaction: “Oh. THAT place :x ” My Dh and I visited THAT place last spring. Flashy but squat when it comes to greeting you or checking to see if you need help
We take our bikes to Honda Cycle Center over in Asheboro, even though it is ~40 miles from us (Mocksville. Glad to see another lady rider in my area). We’ve been going to them since we bought our first bikes at that dealer in ’98. I think motorcycle doctors are like people doctors. Find one you trust and stick with ‘em :-)
