I have ordered from them a couple of times and From my experience, they take way too long in shipping out an order. Mind you, they are in RI and I am in NY and the items I have ordered were supposed to be in their RI warehouse (they also have drop ship locations all over the US).
I just purchased a bag from them on 8/10. Took a couple of days for them to tell me they were "processing the order". They finally give a ship date of 8/13. Well, that came and went so I called them on the 14th noticing is still hadn't shipped. The guy on the phone apologized and said the order would be leaving that day and I would be receiving it the next day. Of course, the next day, I go to track the package and it basically showed that it was still at their warehouse.
I called again and they tell me UPS missed picking up a bunch of packages (yeah, ok).
So, price wise I feel they can be cheaper, but if you are the type of person, like me, that wants their order shipped within a day, forget. I much prefer Newenough.com.
Just my opinion of course :)

I've ordered from them in the past, not bad, not great. acceptable. If they are the only place that has the exact item you're looking for at the right price / shipping, then I'd have no qualms about buying from them. However, there are many other places out there that are faster and maybe less expensive. What is it you're looking for?

Nicolle beat you to it Taylor. :)
+1 on Newenough.
I will add one more opinion about Kneedraggers.com. Don't do it! I ordered from them a few years ago and will never do it again. I ordered an exhaust from them. I wanted it shipped somewhere other than my address, because someone was gonna help me with the install. Well after setting up an alternate address with the credit card company, so there was no drama with the charge, and waiting way too long, they shipped it to my house anyway. They gave me some crap story about the mix up. Whatever, so I strapped the new exhaust on the back of the bike and rode a few hundred miles for the install. We go to put it on and realize they sent me the wrong exhaust set, the friggin' mid pipes are wrong. :awcrap[1] So after strapping the exhaust back on the bike and riding the few hundred miles back home, I call them up and inform them of the screw up. They give me another crap story and say they will send me a new set (which they are gonna charge me for) and a return shipping label for the incorrect pipes. Of course I would get credited when they received the first set of pipes back. After waiting a little over a week and no new pipes, I call and they tell me they were waiting to receive the old pipes back before they shipped the new ones. Well they was a load of crap, 'cause I was waiting for the return label. I was not gonna pay to send back the pipes they screwed up on. :slap: So a week or so later, I actually get the right pipes, but again they ship it to my house instead of the alternate address. It took over a month from that time I initially orderd my pipes until I actually got the right ones and my credit for the screw up. The extra time and aggravation was certainly not worth it. :nono2:

For gear:
newenough.com
motorcyclecloseouts.com
motorcycle-superstore.com
in that order, they have all been good to me.

i second the recommendation of newenough, but I'll add that morepoweracing.com has lower prices than motorcycle-superstore, from the few items I looked at, anyway.
If you have no gear at all yet, I highly advise that you find a nearby shop to go try things on, especially the helmet. Fit is so important, you don't want to deal with things coming in from mailorder and then either having to return them (which can be a hassle) or having something that you keep even though it doesn't quite fit right, and then you're not comfortable when you ride. The wrong fit in a helmet or gloves can be downright torturous. Make sure you take your time while gear shopping, wear the helmet for at least 15 minutes, try on the jacket with and without any of the liners that come with it, makes sure the gloves are comfy, etc.
Here are some of my favs:
RevIt (http://revitusa.net) - Represents the majority of my gear
Arai (http://www.araiamericas.com/#/home) - There is no other helmet. Period.
Dainese (http://www.dainese.com/index.php/us_en?mondo=motorbike) - quality and comfort, but at a premium
Held Gloves (http://www.heldusa.com) - see Dainese description.

thank you all, i've decided to stay away from kneedraggers. i went into a shop and tried on some gloves and ordered the color i wanted from motorcycle-superstore. i also bought some boots that i am hoping will fit when it gets here. i am refraining from buying any other type of gear until i pass the BRC.
:) i've read the how to on finding a helmet.
thanx again!

For a first helmet, I found it best to go into a shop to find the right fit. I also think it's polite to get the helmet at the store that helped you find it. My second helmet I bought online, since I already knew brand/size.

+1.
I am always a fan of supporting local business, and if a salesperson gets a commission for having helped me, I think it's only fair to buy it there.

gotta give a plus 1 to Newenough.com. I'm a big guy and scoured the internet for gear. Trust me it's not easy finding quality gear. Newenough's size chart was very accurate and I got my Jacket, Gloves, shipped the next day and they all fit perfect.
Edit- Also the price was the best around.

i've been to cyclegear and the one closest to me did not impress me very much. all the dudes like ignored me? i don't know why?? i'm not an unattractive person or a b*$#%. i really need to find a shop who sells icon helmets as i want to try those on first. i may have to try the cyclegear second closest to me.

Ah, that sucks. The one in Gilroy is awesome (but it is definitely a low pressure sort of place... they're not going to follow you around and bug you while you browse).
I wish you were closer. The shop where we bought our bikes (http://www.831cycles.com/homeframe.htm) sells a LOT of Icon stuff... Heck, Team No-Limit signed their wall inside! Their helmet section is almost ALL Icon.
