I placed an online order with them about a month ago for a Jacket. The order was filled and arrived right on schedule. It was a Woman's large and I was under the impression I ordered the Man's large. Spoke to Customer service and I was advised that I had clicked on the Woman's Large. Perhaps as I have been known to be fallible. The quickly gave me an RMA and I returned the Jacket. It arrived there on the 19 and I called them to ensure the order was correct. Great to deal with on the phone. On the 24 I had still not heard form them so I contacted them again.
It has been ordered from the Manufacurer and should be on my door step today the 1st. I have not received any update from them so we will see when I get home.
My original plan was to order from NewEnough but they were out of stock until mid October.

I've been in there several times, and have purchased pretty much all of my gear there. I've not had any problems with them. They seem pretty knowledgeable and helpful for the most part, though sometimes the people working the checkout have been more interested in talking to each other than actually ringing customers through. That's not a big deal to me personally though.
The folks at the parts counter are quick, friendly, and helpful when I've needed to talk to them.
I have found that some of the deals they have online aren't available in store. For example I was looking at a tank bag, but couldn't find the bag anywhere in the store at all. I wanted to see it before I bought it. I didn't have much time to be in there that day so I didn't bother to ask anyone. Sometimes too the prices are a little bit higher in store than online. With that you could always look at the stuff, make sure it fits, then go home and order it online. I think they offer free shipping on orders over a certain amount.
They have a large clearance section in store (jackets, pants, gloves, helmets, just about everything) and online. The only rub is that all of their clearance stuff is not returnable, though that's pretty much par for anywhere that sells items on clearance. I picked up pretty much everything in the clearance section before my BRC, and spent right at $200 for a M2R Sabre Jacket, Teknic Chicane gloves, and a Zox Spectra R helmet...plus got a free T-shirt for spending more than $150.

Pretty much all as stated above is what you'll find. Great online deals which mostly don't translate to instore pricing (not on everything of course).
However, if you need to go anywhere to see anything you are considering purchasing especially gear it is the place to go as they have just about EVERYTHING you could think of. :-P
Not saying they don't have any good prices in the store...just saying that the better deals are had via the web.
