I'm looking for some gloves which are waterproof and armored, but not insulated. I've seen the Alpinestars "Jet" gloves; are there any other similar gloves (preferably with the squeegee on the back of the thumbs)? Also, $100 seems a bit steep; my waterproof, insulated armored TourMasters were $60.

Have you considered glove rain covers? Big dishwashing/chemical gloves work for short rain jaunts, though they can get clammy after a while because they don't breathe. Aerostich sells Gore-Tex rain glove covers:

I realize most people have more than three fingers per hand, but reducing seams in general makes it easier to make clothing waterproof. Expensive too, but Gore-Tex tends to be. Underneath those, you can pretty much wear any armored gloves you already have.
Edit: Oops, those ain't Gore-Tex, they're laminated nylon ripstop. That's probably a good thing, Gore-Tex can be a bit thick and feel-deadening in gloves.
